 This morning marked a significant step towards improving education in Nandihills Sub County as I paid an official visit to County TSC Director, Madam Regina. During this visit, I had the privilege of meeting with the TSC National Director of Human Resource & Development, Dr. Julius Olayo. The primary agenda of our meeting was to address the critical issue of teacher staffing in both secondary and primary schools within Nandihills Sub County.

One cannot overstate the importance of well-staffed educational institutions in shaping the future of our youth. Over the years, we have witnessed the challenges that inadequate staffing poses to the performance of our schools, and it is a matter that deeply concerns me.

During our discussions, Madam Regina, Dr. Olayo, and I reached several agreements aimed at enhancing the educational landscape in Nandi East Sub County. These agreements are poised to bring about significant changes that will positively impact our schools and, ultimately, the lives of our students.
