ELECTED CHAIRPERSON STANDING COMMITTEE OF HEALTH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY.

I wish to thank all the honourable members for unanimously electing me to serve as the Chairman National Assembly Departmental Committee on Health and able Vice Chairperson Hon Patrick Munene Ntwiga.
It is with great humility that you have confidence in me as I lead the Committee which is critical in implementation of the government's agenda of ensuring that all Kenyans access quality medical healthcare and services.
I promise to give equal opportunity to all members sitting on this Committee. There will be no majority or minority and I will ensure that voices of all Members are heard.
I urge the committee members to uphold unity and lets work as a team to deliver on the agenda.
