Fundraising towards PAG Kaptien church
During the recent Sunday worship service at PAG Kaptien, an extraordinary event unfolded as we hosted CS Moses Kuria for a fundraiser that proved to be a resounding success, raising nearly Kes 6.8 Million. The service itself was a spiritually enriching experience, led by retired overseer Simeon Too of PAG Nandihills, who emphasized the values of hard work and the blessings of God.
Following the inspirational church service, a fundraising event ensued, with the participation of notable figures like PS Peter Tum and his family, along with various political leaders including Senator Nyeri Hon Wamatinga Wahome, EALA MP Falhada Iman, Tigania East MP Buuri Mburi, MP Aldai Maryanne Kitany, MP Tinderet Hon Julius Melly, and PS for Gender Mrs. Nduva. The county leadership was also well-represented, with DG Hon Eulita Mitei at the forefront, accompanied by several MCAs, including Hon Edwin Kemboi from Nandihills.
The primary objective of this event was to raise funds for the construction of an impressive house of worship in Kaptien. The overwhelming support from the community, coupled with the presence of esteemed leaders, ensured the success of the fundraiser. The gathering not only uplifted the name of God but also spread His message throughout the region.
This event, characterized by unity and collective efforts, served as a tester to the strong sense of community and unwavering faith that defines our area. It showcased how faith and determination can bring people together to achieve great things and contribute to the betterment of our community.
